Shipping Methods

The delivery cost to addresses within England is £60 per item. We use private couriers who specialise in transporting furniture and aim to deliver your item within 7-10 days of purchase. In most instances couriers are a one man operation and will need your help to lift the piece into your home. If for any reason you are unable to help lift then please let us know and we will source a suitable two man courier for you (this may incur an additional charge). The assigned courier will contact you before delivery with a scheduled date and time for delivery, if the time assigned is not convenient then you are able to liaise directly with the courier to find a more suitable time. For deliveries to Ireland and for shipping worldwide, please contact us directly before purchase so we can let you know the additional cost of transport.

Returns Policy

On receipt of your furniture we ask that you check the piece to ensure no damage has been made in transit, if you suspect damage has occurred please contact us as soon as possible.

We do accept returns within a 30 day time frame however the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We therefore ask you to measure up thoroughly before purchasing and are more than happy to accept video calls before purchasing to show you the item more thoroughly. Refunds will be made minus the original courier price for which a receipt will be made available for you to view.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be packaged in protective packaging to avoid damage on return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail/courier your product to: 1 The Leys, Roade, Northampton, NN7 2NR, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1. Returns Conditions

1.1      We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and illustrations of Products available from us correspond to the actual Products that you will receive.  Please note, however, that images shown on our Website or in our marketing literature are for illustrative purposes only.  There may be slight variations between the image of an item and the actual Product sold due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions.

1.2      Please note that clause 5.1 does not exclude our responsibility for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to minor discrepancies.  Please refer to clause 7 if the Products are incorrect.

1.3      All Products purchased through our Website will normally be delivered within 30 calendar days of the date of our Order Confirmation unless otherwise agreed (subject to events outside of our control).

1.4      In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the Products within 30 calendar days of our Order Confirmation (except as detailed in clause 5.3), you may cancel your order immediately if we have refused to deliver your Products or if you told us when ordering the Products that delivery within that time period was essential.

1.5      If you do not wish to cancel under clause 5.4 or if none of the specified circumstances apply, you may specify a new (reasonable) delivery date.  If we fail to meet the new deadline, you may then cancel your order.

1.6      Delivery shall be deemed complete once we have delivered the Products to the address provided in your order.

1.7      If we are unable to deliver the Products on the delivery date (if, for example, no one is available at your address to receive the Products) we will leave a note informing you that the Products have been returned to our premises, requesting that you contact us to arrange re-delivery.  The re-delivery will be chargeable.

1.8      The risk in the Products shall remain with us until they come into your physical possession.

1.9      Ownership of the Products passes to you once we have received payment in full of all sums due (including any applicable delivery charges).
