Offering clients a range of design services dependent on the level of assistance required, complexity and scale of the project. The ‘Design my Room’ package has been created for clients that need guidance planning and sourcing for their home but are prepared to take on the work themselves and have their own trades to hand. Whereas, bespoke interior design services are available for clients who are looking for a more comprehensive service with detailing such as bespoke cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom design and project management. Design My Room Package £845

The Design My Room Package offers a bespoke yet affordable design solution with your budget at the forefront, providing all the tools and support needed to achieve your dream space. As a client you will receive access to my Interior Design trade only furniture and accessory retailers offering a wide range of beautiful pieces for your home at competitive prices. All designs are unique and personal to you, with full care and attention to understand your needs and home vision at a set price so you can budget accordingly. Services are carried out either remotely using video calls, however in-person services for locally based clients is preferred.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

  • We will start with discovering the plans and vision for your home including an in-depth welcome questionnaire, collection of inspirational images, setting of project scope, budget and our agreement together. For locally based clients a home visit is preferred to see the space and discuss the project in more detail.

  • The initial sketch design stage with the creation of digital concept boards with up to 2 possible revisions.

  • A minimum of 2 x 2D floor plan options to scale including placement of large furniture items to demonstrate room flow and the design vision.

  • On agreement of the room concept and floor plans the design is then developed further. This stage will include selecting colour schemes and specifying wall finishes, fabrics (samples will also be gathered on your behalf), suitable furniture, lighting fixtures and accessories all with your budget at the forefront to ensure that the design is realistic and achievable.

  • Upon agreement of the design a detailed digital design file will be submitted to you which will include the agreed scaled floor plan, digital mood board, design notes and shopping list of major items including live links for direct purchasing.

Please note the DESIGN MY ROOM E-Package excludes bathrooms & kitchens.

Bathroom Design Package from £945

This package offers a complete solution to bathroom design, incorporating floor plans to scale, lighting plans and creating a full sanitary shopping list.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

  • We will start with a home visit to view the space, take detailed measurements and discuss the project in more detail. Followed by an in-depth welcome questionnaire, collection of inspirational images, setting of brief, budget and our agreement together.

  • The initial sketch stage with the creation of digital concept boards with up to 2 possible revisions.

  • A minimum of 2 floor plan options to scale including placement of all sanitary items to show room flow and vision.

  • On agreement of the room concept and floor plans the design will be developed further. This will include selecting colour schemes and specifying paint colours, tiles, flooring and sanitary items. Suitable sanitary items and fixtures will be selected for your room with your budget at the forefront to ensure that the design is realistic and achievable.

  • A full digital design file will be submitted to you with all plans, details of the design, room layout, comments and fittings specified in order for you to create your room at your own pace. In addition, a detailed shopping list will be submitted outlining all of the major applicable furniture, fittings and accessories included in the scheme and links for direct purchasing.

This package does not include project management, however if you are looking for a full bathroom design and fit service this is available using my bespoke interior design services.

In addition to my design packages I also offer 3D rendering services allowing you the opportunity to see your finished room concept in a set of lifelike images. This service gives the added benefit of being able to visually experiment with different surfaces, colours, lighting scheme and layouts to ensure your end design fits your desired vision.
